Gina Buccellato (pronouns: she/her) joined the EVCF Board in 2017. She and her husband Mike Supina have lived in Eagan for 29 years and have three children, a son (’15) and two daughters (’12 and ‘21) who have graduated from Eastview High School. Gina grew up in New Jersey and received Bachelors and Masters degrees from MIT and a Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, all in Chemical Engineering. She has worked at 3M Company for 30 years and is currently a Vice President of Research and Development.  Gina was a member of the Thomas Lake Elementary School Booster Club for nine years and brought science-based demonstrations to Thomas Lake and several other local elementary schools through the 3M Visiting Wizards program. Gina also volunteered for several years with EVCF before taking a two-year assignment for 3M in a small village in Sweden where she and her family took the opportunity to explore the region and enjoy local cuisine, culture, recreation and an overall simpler way of living.
