Jodie Brend was a member of the EVCF Board when she passed away in the Spring of 2019. Jodie worked tirelessly to develop programs at People Inc. that assisted those who needed help the most. Whether they suffered from mental illness, a traumatic event or hit a low point in their life and needed help to keep going, she was there. She understood that what is easy and routine for some is difficult for others and those were the people she was the most compassionate about. Candidates must show strong community involvement and a history of volunteering to help the needy.
