Jacob grew up in Apple Valley and graduated from Eastview in 2013 where he participated in Football and DECA. He then attended the University of Iowa where he received his degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems.

Jacob has spent the last 10 years of his career in the food industry in a variety of sales and marketing roles. He has worked at General Mills, Mars, Post, and now Cargill.

Jacob was a recipient of the EVCF DECA scholarship back in 2013 and is thrilled to be able to be in a position to help other students achieve their academic goals the same way EVCF has helped him.

Jacob lives in Richfield, where he enjoys working in his yard, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
