Leads the Foundation’s efforts to grow individual donor support and strengthen alumni engagement by building lifelong connections with Eastview High School graduates. This role focuses on cultivating alumni, former scholarship recipients, families, and community supporters into active donors, volunteers, and advocates for the Foundation.
Responsibilities
Individual Membership Development
- Develop and lead strategies to grow annual individual memberships and donor participation.
- Promote giving opportunities through annual campaigns, special appeals, and donor outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, alumni, families, and community supporters.
- Partner with the Finance Chair to track membership growth, giving trends, and donor participation.
Alumni Relations
- Create opportunities for alumni to stay connected to the Foundation and the Eastview community.
- Cultivate former scholarship recipients as future donors, volunteers, and ambassadors.
- Maintain and expand alumni contact databases in partnership with board leadership.
- Support alumni engagement efforts through reunions, campaigns, networking, and Foundation events.
Legacy Giving & Long-Term Stewardship
- Develop and promote legacy giving opportunities, including planned gifts, memorial gifts, endowments, and estate giving.
- Educate donors and alumni on ways to make lasting contributions that support future generations of students.
- Work with families and community members to establish named scholarships or legacy funds.
- Build long-term donor pipelines that encourage sustained giving and generational philanthropy.
Donor Stewardship & Engagement
- Coordinate donor recognition efforts and annual giving acknowledgments.
- Help tell the stories of scholarship and grant impact to strengthen donor connection.
- Partner with the Marketing & Communications Chair to highlight alumni and donor stories.
- Identify and develop pathways for deeper engagement, including volunteerism and board service.
