With a passion for people and organizational development, Todd is employed at Valleyfair by Enchanted Parks, where he serves as Recruiting Manager. He enjoys playing an instrumental role in shaping the workforce, developing future leaders, and fostering a positive employee experience. Helping others grow and succeed has been one of the most rewarding aspects of his career.

Todd joined the Eastview Community Foundation (EVCF) Board in 2024, driven by a desire to reconnect with Eastview and with Jodi, a former activities instructor, founder of EVCF, and advisor of the yearbook committee on which he served during high school. Since joining the board, he has helped enhance the foundation’s website and expand its social media presence to strengthen community awareness and engagement.

In July 2026, Todd was inducted as Board Chair and currently leads the board’s strategic initiatives, helping guide the foundation’s long-term vision and impact. He values EVCF’s mission of supporting Eastview students, staff, and programs while strengthening connections among alumni and the broader community.

In addition to his professional and philanthropic work, Todd serves on the Shakopee Chamber of Commerce Emerging Leaders Board. This role reflects his commitment to leadership development, professional networking, and community engagement. He has also worked closely with Shakopee CAPS students, providing guidance on resume writing, interviewing skills, and career readiness to help prepare the next generation of professionals.
