We believe that we have both an opportunity and a responsibility to support our community’s schools and invest in our future.  On March 3, 2018 the Eastview Community Foundation and our supporters did just that!  We hosted our fourth annual Light the Night gala celebration and beat our goal by bringing in $29,000 to support our students and teachers!  We had an incredible team of volunteers, donors and sponsors, without whom we couldn’t have made it all happen.  From the beautifully designed tablescapes which serve as valuable silent auction packages and the competition of the live auction to the Dutch shuffleboard Sjoelen game and the designer purse raffle, there was something for everyone! Our emcee, Greg LeVon, and featured speaker, EVHS grad and current MN State Representative Erin Maye Quade, told the stories about the impact of the Foundation’s work.  In the end, it was an amazing celebration of our schools, our students, and the community in which we live!
