Dar Spiegelberg has served on the Eastview Community Foundation Board since December 2023, actively supporting the Foundation’s scholarship, grantmaking, and fundraising efforts. She is passionate about giving back to the community that has been home to her family for more than 15 years and is deeply aligned with the Foundation’s mission of supporting students, educators, and the broader Eastview community.

Professionally, Dar serves as Chief Nurse Executive and Acute Operations Officer for Fairview Health Services, bringing extensive leadership experience across to the foundations board. A nurse by background, she has spent her career advancing patient care, developing strong teams and leaders, and improving healthcare delivery.

Dar and her family have called Apple Valley home since 2010 and have strong ties to District 196. Her three children attended Highland Elementary and have continued through local District 196 schools, including Falcon Ridge Middle School and Eastview High School. Her husband is also deeply connected to the community as a teacher at Apple Valley Middle School.

Dar believes strong communities are built through service, connection, and investing in the next generation.
