Brenda Nelson joined the EVCF board as treasurer in 2020. She and her husband Dwain recently moved to Northfield after living in Apple Valley for 10 years; they have one son who is a 2022 graduate of Eastview. Brenda received a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and a pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota. She has been a pharmacist for over 20 years and is currently employed at Prime Therapeutics LLC. Brenda has volunteered with numerous organizations over the years, including the American Refugee Committee and Children’s Association-Minneapolis. She now looks forward to devoting her energies to supporting the vibrant Eastview learning community. In her spare time, Brenda enjoys reading, travel, and photography.
